If you've forgotten your cPanel password, please contact support.

We do not currently offer a "forgot password" feature anymore (it was removed around the middle of 2013) due to security concerns with such features.

To request a password reset, you must email (or create a ticket) from the email address that is currently listed on the cPanel account.

If you no longer have access to the email listed on your cPanel account, please contact and we'll help you the best we can. Please note that in some cases, if an alternative contact method was not provided (address or phone number), we may need to purge all user data for safety reasons. It is important to keep your cPanel contact email up to date.
